All tools and processes within the Application—including opening, viewing, sorting, filtering, and editing CSV or Parquet files—perform their processing entirely on your local machine.

• No Cloud Uploads: We do not upload your CSV documents or input data to external servers or cloud services.
• Local Storage Only: Any files you modify or generate using the Application are saved directly back to your local hard drive at a destination you specify.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Because we do not collect any data from you or your device, we do not share, sell, or distribute any information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or analytics services.

5. Application Permissions

To function correctly, the Application requires basic operating system permissions to read the files you load into it, and to write the processed output files to your chosen destination folder. It does not scan your background files or network traffic.
